ACS Diagnostics, Inc. (ACSD) of Irvine, California has announced that it has been granted their most recent patent on May 14th, 2024 for its multi-function, single integrated Ambulatory ECG monitor called the CORE. The patent relates to ACSD’s CORE technology, or also known as Cardiac Outpatient Real-time ECG. The patent specifically acknowledges CORE Ambulatory ECG technology with specific use for multiple forms of Ambulatory ECG with transmissions via integrated cellular module.
The CORE AECG monitor provide multiple test processing functionality via the embedded cellular module for transmissions for all forms of AECG monitoring. These modalities include 24 Hour Holter monitoring, Extended Holter monitoring, Cardiac Event Monitoring, Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) monitoring and EKG monitoring. The CORE monitoring technology offers each AECG testing modality within the same integrated monitor.
According to ACS Diagnostics, this patient is the 5th in a line in conjunction with several previous patients awarded to ACS Diagnostics. The newest U.S Patent (U.S. Patent No. 11,980,452) specifically relates to individual ambulatory cardiac (AECG) monitors that perform or offer more than one of the (above) mentioned AECG monitoring modalities.
Although other companies provide monitors that offer Holter Monitoring, Cardiac Event Monitoring & Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) Monitoring, their devices may be in conflict with this newly published U.S. patent. ACS Diagnostics (ACSD) honors patent & intellectual property (IP) rights as noted in their growing portfolio of U.S. patents. For reference, ACSD has posted their patents granted by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office on their website at www.ACSD4u.com/patents.
ACS Diagnostics has been committed to continued technological innovation through research & development, and ongoing enforcement of their rights with their awarded patents & Intellectual Property.
