CardioNet is a well-known company in the field of ambulatory cardiac monitoring. Braemar is also a leading manufacture of Cardiac Event Monitors used by a large percentage of Event Monitoring services. The acquisition of Braemar has brought CardioNet to the forefront of Holter device technology as Braemar has a proven track record in the Holter Monitoring segment for many years.
