Preventice Solutions recently introduced a new version of their Mobile Cardiac Telemetry monitor called the Verite . Unlike many other MCT monitors in the industry today, the Verite is unique in that it is an integrated MCT monitor meaning that it has only one component. This eliminates the burden of the patient having to keep track of two modules. Having one integrated device is said to improve patient compliance as many patients fail to charge the batteries and keep track of a two module MCT monitor.
